The District Court has today found that the Irish Mail on Sunday did not deliberately mislead consumers by publishing an edition of the newspaper that looked like the defunct Sunday Tribune.

The District Court has today found that the Irish Mail on Sunday did not deliberately mislead consumers by publishing an edition of the newspaper that looked like the defunct Sunday Tribune.

However Judge Conal Gibbons has ruled that the newspaper did deceive customers with the wraparound cover on February 6 last year.
