Legal aid group slams Govt delay on personal debt laws
The Government's decision to delay legislation on personal debt has come under fire from the Free Legal Aid Centre.
The group said the law is badly needed to resolve the growing numbers of isolvency cases and it is also calling for an independent debt settlement agency to deal with the issues involved.
