Bailey appeal to hear fresh State evidence

Lawyers for Ian Bailey will today focus on new evidence released by the State late last year, on the last day of an appeal to overturn a High Court order allowing his extradition to France.

The 54-year-old former journalist is wanted for questioning over the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier in West Cork in 1996.
