Date for Rattigan trial may be set next week

A date for the trial of Dublin man Brian Rattigan, who is charged with the possession of heroin and having mobile phones in Portlaoise Prison, may be decided upon next week.

Rattigan (aged 30), of Cooley Road, Drimnagh is charged with possession of two mobile phones at Cell 42, E1 Landing, Portlaoise Prison while an inmate at the prison on May 22, 2008.
