Kenny 'not aware' tax-arrears letters were being sent

The Taoiseach has said he was not aware that the Revenue Commissioners were sending letters to pensioners seeking the payment of extra tax.

Enda Kenny admitted to the Dáil that the communications of the tax trawl could have been handled better.
