Coastguard search for man who enters river in Galway

A search is underway in Galway for a man who went into the River Corrib overnight.

He was seen entering the water near O'Brien's Bridge at around 3am.

The Shannon-based Coastguard helicoptor is taking part in the search, which is being co-ordinated by Valentia coastguard.
