A judge has recommended that a Limerick woman accused of murdering a father-of-two, who was shot dead in west Dublin last month, is to be held at a prison closer to her family.

David Darcy, who was in his late 30s and had no known criminal links, was shot three times while he was sitting in his van at Cherry Orchard Avenue, on the morning of November 28 last.
