HSE in negotiations for first dedicated Air Ambulance helicopter

It is understood a deal is in sight that would give Ireland its first dedicated helicopter Air Ambulance service.

Medical experts have estimated that four lives are lost, and 16 people are left permanently disabled every year, because of the lack of such a service.
