Varadkar: move to cut disability allowance may not have been 'fully considered'

The Transport Minister admits a move to cut disability allowance for young people may not have been "fully considered".

This morning Taoiseach Enda Kenny told the Dail that the Government had "paused" the plans, originally announced in the Budget on Monday.
