The Chairperson of People with Disabilities in Ireland, James McClean, has welcomed the Taoiseach's announcement that a planned cut to disability payments for young people has been put on hold.

Enda Kenny said, in light of the concerns expressed by families affected by the cut, the decision announced in the Budget will be reviewed.
