Developer McFeely 'threw court summons at car', complainant claims
A woman bringing bankruptcy proceedings against Priory Hall developer Tom McFeely has claimed that when he was served with a court summons, he threw the papers at a car.
Teresa McGuinness of Rush, Co Dublin claims she is owed €200,000 after securing an award from a legal action against Mr McFeely's company Coalport in 2009.
Mr McFeely denies he was served with a summons.
The case returns to the High Court on Thursday week.
