ISPCA launches 'Hay Drive' for winter feed
The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) is appealing to the public to help it look after abandoned and starving horses, donkeys and ponies this Christmas.
The charity is today launching its 'Hay Drive' winter fundraising campaign, which aims to generate money to buy bales of hay for hundreds of neglected animals.
