Commercial Court to rule on Anglo bid to force repayment of Quinn debts

The Commercial Court will rule today whether the bank formerly known as Anglo Irish will get orders directing Sean Quinn to repay debts of more than €2bn.

The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation applied for summary judgement against the businessman last week.
