Cabinet Ministers to discuss social-welfare Budget proposals

Cabinet ministers are to hold daily meetings between now and Budget Day to decide on the cuts to be made next month.

Ministers meet this morning to discuss the €700m worth of savings which must be made in the Department of Social Protection.
