Martin wants Govt to fast-track Budget

The Fianna Fáil Leader Micheál Martin is calling on the Government to fast-track the publication of the Budget.

It comes after it emerged this week that details of next month's cuts, including a planned 2% hike in the VAT rate, were shown to German officials.
