Crewman airlifted from submarine off Mayo coast

The Coastguard has been involved in an operation to help airlift an ill crewman from on board a British submarine located around 200 miles off the coast of Mayo.

An RAF helicopter refuelled at Blacksod in Mayo earlier this morning before proceeding to the submarine.
