New judicial council to promote high standards in judges' conduct

Chief Justice Susan Denham has announced work to establish an interim judicial council will begin in the next two weeks.

Last month, Justice Minister Alan Shatter said the purpose of the council will be to promote excellence and high standards of conduct by judges.
