Lawyers for Priory Hall developer Tom McFeely have gone to the Supreme Court to look for a stay on a High Court order jailing him for three months.

Lawyers for Priory Hall developer Tom McFeely have gone to the Supreme Court to look for a stay on a High Court order jailing him for three months.

The sentence was passed down to Mr McFeely today for failing to carry out essential fire safety works at the Donaghmede complex.

The developer was also punished with a €1m fine.
