RTE apologises to missionary for 'Mission to Prey' allegation

RTE has apologised in the High Court to Mill Hill missionary Fr Kevin Reynolds for grossly defaming him by falsely alleging that he raped and fathered the child of a teenage girl in Kenya.

The broadcaster admits the Prime Time Investigates programme 'Mission to Prey' should never have aired last May.
