The High Court in Dublin has today jailed Priory Hall developer Tom McFeely for three months and fined him €1m.

The High Court in Dublin has today jailed Priory Hall developer Tom McFeely for three months and fined him €1m.

The court noted the unprecedented disregard for the evacuated residents as it sanctioned the developer for breaching an order directing him to address the fire hazards at the Donaghmede complex.
