Tánaiste: Agreement with Troika requires 'contribution' from students

The Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore is refusing to say if the Government will live up to pre-election promises not to raise third-level charges.

Mr Gilmore is blaming Fianna Fáil for entering a commitment with Ireland's bailout partners to recover more money from third-level students.
