Man and woman charged with murder after Bandon death

A man and woman have been charged with murder at Bandon District Court after the death of a 27-year-old man in the town at the weekend.

The body of Jonathan Duke was taken from the River Bandon on Sunday night.

The man and woman, both aged in their 30s, were detained shortly after the discovery of Mr Duke's remains.

They were charged this evening with his murder.
