Lawyers for the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) - formerly Anglo Irish Bank - today said they will apply to annul Sean Quinn's bankruptcy in the North by the end of the week.

Lawyers for the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) - formerly Anglo Irish Bank - today said they will apply to annul Sean Quinn's bankruptcy in the North by the end of the week.

In the Commercial Court in Dublin today the IBRC claimed that a court in the North does not have the jurisdiction to deal with the insolvency because Mr Quinn's residence and business interests are based in the Republic.
