Israel: Carrier problem prevented activists' departure

Israel has said a problem with the airline due to transport seven Irish activists home prevented the group's departure from Tel Aviv airport.

The seven MV Saoirse crew members were due to return home today after being held in an Israeli prison since the vessel was intercepted in international waters while they were trying to bring aid to the people of Gaza last week.
