SVP to make 50 requests in pre-Budget submission

The Society of St Vincent de Paul has said it is dealing with an unprecedented number of calls for help and that worry about the forthcoming budget is palpable among those seeking its services.

It made the remarks ahead of the publication today of its pre-Budget submission, which makes 50 requests to the Government.
