Shatter: Decisions on Defence Forces lay-offs next month

Defence Minister Alan Shatter has said that he has to chose between closing buildings or laying off members of the Defence Forces.

Speaking in the Dáil today Minister Shatter said no decisions on closing barracks have been made.
