The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has rejected suggestions that a 'yes' vote in the referendum on Oireachtas inquiries would result in the setting up of Kangaroo courts.

Mr Kenny said there has been "hysteria and hype" about the impact of the proposed constitutional change.
