Pay referendum 'about fairness', says Kenny as group slams 'rushed' change

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has called for Yes votes on the two referendums due to come before the people of Ireland on October 27.

One refers to the power to change the pay of sitting judges, while the other will give the Oireachtas the ability to conduct inquiries into matters of public inquiries.
