Donnelly: More time needed to debate Oireachtas powers referendum

A number of politicans are calling for a no vote in the referendum to give the Oireachtas powers to conduct inquiries.

The group of Independent TDs and Senators said the wording of the constitutional amendment risks giving politicans too much power.
