Noonan: We will increase Budget savings beyond €3.6bn if necessary

The Finance Minister Michael Noonan is refusing to rule out the need for savings of more than €3.6bn on Budget Day.

The comment came as the Troika prepares to give Ireland a positive report card for meeting the terms of our bailout deal.
