Teenager in critical condition after being found on street

A 19-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital after being found unconscious on a street in Derry.

The teenager was found with serious head injuries, although police said they do not yet know what happened to him.

He was found lying outside licensed premises in the Magazine Street area in the early hours of today.

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
