Young Irish student falls to death from Spanish bridge

The body of a young Irishman has been found in Spain.

The 21-year-old Erasmus student is believed to have fallen to his death from a bridge over a motorway near the city of Zaragoza.

His body was found just metres from that of a 19-year-old Spanish man who had been killed in a road accident on the motorway.

The Department of Foreign Affairs said it was providing consular assistance to the Irishman's family through the Irish Embassy in Madrid.
