Quinn: Main aim of Govt is ensure people keep homes

Education Minister Ruairí Quinn has admitted that the Government's new report on mortgage arrears "probably won't address all the issues involved", but it will ensure people remain in their homes.

The Cabinet will tomorrow publish a report on how to deal with the mounting problem of mortgage debt.
