The British government must be fully transparent if it decides to hold a public inquiry into the murder of solicitor Pat Finucane, his son has said.

John Finucane and other family members meet British Prime Minister David Cameron today at Downing Street about a full independent inquiry into the loyalist shooting in 1989.
