Gardaí arrest man in connection with Kenny murder

Gardaí investigating the murder of John Kenny in Galway last month have made a further arrest.

A woman in her early 30s was arrested late last night in Claregalway and is being held at Mill Street garda station in Galway city.

Meanwhile, gardaí have released two men without charge after they were arrested yesterday in connection with the death of the 56-year-old teacher and part-time publican.

A 17-year-old youth and a man in his 30s remain in custody.
