Dublin businessman accused of sexual assault

A Dublin businessman will stand trial next year for an alleged sexual assault on a woman in the city.

Anthony Lyons (aged 50) from Griffith Avenue is accused of assaulting the victim in October of last year.

A previous order banning the publication of Mr Lyons' name was lifted, following a legal challenge by the media.

The trial will begin on April 23.
