French police set to question witnesses in du Plantier investigation

A delegation of French police officers is to arrive in Ireland today to quiz up to 30 witnesses over the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.

In 1996, the filmmaker was bludgeoned to death and her body was discovered at her West Cork home.
