Director succeeds in stopping FAS from sacking him for two weeks

FAS has agreed not to take any steps to dismiss one of its directors, until a two-week High Court case in October is decided.

FAS has agreed not to take any steps to dismiss one of its directors, until a two-week High Court case in October is decided.

Former Director of Corporate Affairs, Greg Craig, secured a temporary injunction stopping the training agency from letting him go following what he claims was an unfair audit and investigation process.

He alleges he has been scapegoated by FAS and that his claims were upheld in a report by accountancy firm Mazars which investigated the lavish expenditure regime at FAS.
