Garda sergeant accused of sexually assaulting two colleagues
A garda sergeant is to return to court next month having been charged earlier today with sexually assaulting two female colleagues.
He is accused in relation to three incidents alleged to have taken place at a Dublin garda station in March and June of last year.
A court order issued today means the charged sergeant cannot be identified.
He is accused of putting his hand on a female garda's breast and of thrusting his pelvis into her body as she bent over.
The third and final charge alleges he grabbed the inside thigh of another colleague at the station.
The court heard she allegedly screamed and he said: "I'd say you're some screamer in bed."
The Sergeant, aged in his 40s, was heckled by a small group of onlookers as he left the court with his partner.
The case has been put back for four weeks.
