Norris expected to declare his return to race for Presidency

David Norris is expected to formally declare he wants to be back in the race for the Aras as soon as tomorrow night.

He is keeping quiet after doing a deal on a 'Late Late Show' interview, but he has formally asked Independent TDs and Senators to support him at a meeting today.
