NAMA to take developers to court who tried to hide properties

NAMA have said a number of court actions are about to start against developers who have attempted to hide properties from the agency, by transferring them to a family member.

The Agency's Chief Executive Brendan McDonagh said NAMA has already managed to secure the return of a number of properties voluntarily.
