Elderly care firm, Home Instead Senior Care, has announced 140 new jobs in 17 locations throughout the country.

Elderly care firm, Home Instead Senior Care, has announced 140 new jobs in 17 locations throughout the country.

The organisation already employs 2,000 people and has cared for almost 5,000 people since it set up its first office in Ireland in 2005.

<p> Volunteers attending the DMax 7.7 fitness event, in honour of Darragh McCarthy, who tragically passed away last year at just 21 years of age. The sold-out fitness event saw over 300 competitors take on DMax 7.7 featuring seven fitness stations, lasting seven minutes per station with a two minute transition between station. Competitors entered in teams of two and tested their strength, endurance and mental resilience across a series of challenges including rope skipping, ski-erg, medicine ball, assault bike, rowing, burpee box jumps and wall balls.
