Ireland's economy may have turned the corner from the worst recession in its history, and could grow by up to 2% next year, and 4% in 2013.

Ireland's economy may have turned the corner from the worst recession in its history, and could grow by up to 2% next year, and 4% in 2013.

The Centre for Economics and Business Research said the country's austerity measures were now paying off.

It said exports of pharmaceutical, IT and food products were all helping to turn the economy around.
