Irish Rail has submitted a business case to the Department of Transport, which says the building of a DART airport link in Dublin would earn up to €1bn for the economy.

Irish Rail has submitted a business case to the Department of Transport, which says the building of a DART airport link in Dublin would earn up to €1bn for the economy.

The document says the €200m line covering a 7km stretch from Clongriffin to Dublin Airport would cater for 9.4 million passengers per year.
