A new survey by 'Home Instead Senior Care' shows half of respondents couldn't name a single drug their parents took.

34 per cent said they don't know whether their parents have a safe deposit box, and a similar amount don't know where their parents' financial information is located.

A spokesperson for the group is warning that failing to plan properly can lead to serious complications if decisions need to made quickly.
