FF senator Byrne calls for regulation of debt-management sector

The National Consumer Agency is being asked to investigate debt management companies in Ireland.

Fianna Fáil senator Thomas Byrne said he had identified a number of foreign, fake debt management websites that are misleading consumers and passing their details on to Irish companies.
