Firefighters manage to put out fire at listed building

The North's Environment Minister, Alex Attwood, has promised to help save and protect a listed mill in Tyrone which was badly damaged in a fire yesterday.

Firefighters spent many hours tackling the blaze at Herdman's Mill in Sion Mills.

Celia Ferguson, whose ancestors built it, is from the Sion Mills Preservation Trust, and said this morning that the fire is finally out.
