Reilly blames hospital managers for January A&E pressure

Health Minister James Reilly is blaming hospital managers for the surge in patients on A&E trollies during the winter months.

James Reilly said the surge was not down to increased sickness, but rather to badly organised staffing arrangements over the holiday period.
