Kenny: Bailout savings will not ease Budget

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has warned that the Government will not use the savings negotiatied on Ireland's bailout loans to soften December's Budget.

Mr Kenny said Ireland faces a difficult 18 months ahead, with one of the most hectic Dáil sessions in living memory due in the Autumn.
