Hit-and-run investigation launched as victim dies in hospital

Police in the North have launched an investigation after a man who was injured in a hit-and-run incident during the weekend died in hospital.

Declan Quinn (aged 37) was knocked down in Coalisland in Co Tyrone on Saturday.
